Strategic Engagements

These one day sessions are usually conducted on-site and involve key executive team members.  A complete overview of a company’s product and go-to-market strategy is followed by an interactive SWOT analysis. Stiennon’s actionable advice has led to some of the most disruptive changes to the makeup of some of the largest vendors in the space.

Annual Analyst Access

An annual retainer that puts Stiennon on your marketing and strategy team.  Available for regular calls, in-person meetings, and immediate response to inquiries.  Usually bundled with two days of on-site strategy sessions or customer meetings.

Internal seminars: Stiennon has developed and presented several seminars that have been well received by the executive and marketing staffs at IT vendors. The two most popular are:

  • Introduction to the security industry: a lively and informative review of the history of the IT security industry that weaves technology innovation, threat evolution, and people into an entertaining half day session.  Great for companies just getting into security or shifting their focus to security.

  • Influencing the influencers:  This half day session is ideal for marketing, AR, and PR teams that want to get an insider’s perspective of the influence eco-system including analysts, journalists, bloggers, and social media.

Sales Kick-offs:  Stiennon has presented to internal sales and partner meetings. He can build a value proposition for security investment based on the rising tide of threats that gives the sales teams material to work with throughout the year.

Lead generation:  Webinars, breakfast seminars, and executive dinners are all ways to draw prospects to one place to hear your message. Stiennon is a well respected name in the industry and can draw prospects to events he keynotes.

White papers:  IT-Harvest authors white papers, often to raise awareness of a particular threat or an industry discontinuity that needs addressing. If you are having trouble getting the word out this is something to consider.

Advertising/promotion:  While IT-Harvest will not endorse products, there are several opportunities to reach your audience through banner ads, book sponsorships, and participation in the Cyber Defense Weekly newsletter and podcast.
